In here you can have signature dishes from Banjarmasin. Curious? Let's check them out :)

Welcome to Waroeng Kelapa, you will sense the Traditional mixed with Chinese interior here. Harmony of woods and flowers make it feels like home.

Sate Banjar / IDR 38K

The first signature dish you need to taste is Sate Banjar, with it's special seasoning this dish tastes great. It's basically chicken satay with Banjar seasoning. You can have this for 25K (5 pcs) or 38K (10 pcs).

Soto Banjar / IDR 25K

Another siganture dish from Banjar is Soto Banjar. It's really warming and give you a sense like sop kambing, because it's smells nice and so warming. Filled with chicken, eggs, and soun makes it's perfect to combine with any dishes.

Gado-gado / IDR 23K

For veggies, they only have this Gado-gado. Mixed of potato, cucumber, tofu, eggs, salad and peanut sauce. Tastes just like a standard gado-gado, not so special since it doesn't contain Mede Peanut. But it's fine by the way :)

Ikan Bakar Ubud / IDR 45K

Sorry but i forgot what kind of fish they are using but all i remember is that it tastes great!! The seasoning is perfect, but unfortunately it's not the big fish type so 1 dish just enough for 2 persons i think.

Anyway, it's all great and perfect for lunch! The place is nice, neat and relaxing. Foods are great even not too special but i can say it's 8 out of 10 :))

So, when you feels to have something different like Banjarmasin taste, just stop by and enjoy :)

Immune Booster Diet #Secret1 : Spicy Beef Broccoli

As i have some immune issue i am starting Immune Booster Diet on this March..
Yayy! -___-'

Immune System is what keeps you healthy, with normal Immune System, you are guarded from virus and bacteria that will harm your system. When you catch a cold or virus, it means that your immune system is lower. That is why you need to boost your immune system.

I have done tons of research, and these foods are the perfect booster for your immune :

1. Garlic
2. Mushroom (maitake and shitake are best)
3. Vegetables (especially broccoli)
4. Beef
5. Sweet Potato
6. Chicken Soup
7. Avocado, cherries and berries
8. Tea (green tea and black tea)
9. Probiotic drink
10. Less sugar, please!
11. Oat

So, today i'm starting already and i really want to share my daily recipe for you, in case you need it. 1 thing you need before starting the diet is to buy all the ingredients FRESH. Don't try to buy veggies and other ingredients in can or chemically produce. It's best to buy it in traditional market, supermarket usually spray their goods with chemical thing.

today i am making a :

SPICY BEEF BROCCOLI

*ps: i never really eat broccoli before 'cause i hate them, but today i ate it, and loved it! Trust me! never really thought that they were delicious.

What We Need :

1 Broccoli, chop and soak them a while in a bowl of salt water
(you may also boiled it a while to clean them thoroughly)

2 pcs of red chili
(you can dismiss it if you don't like spicy), slice them

Some beef, chop them into a smaller form

2 pcs of garlic, slice them
1 tsp salt (you can add some if you feel it's not salty enough)

1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mushroom seasoning (it's the healthier version of micin)

What To Do :

1. Put a little oil into the frying pan, put up the garlic. Stir-fry it until it's a little yellow.
I chopped them not too tiny so i can eat them up as it's really good to boost my immune, when you     chop it in a small form, you usually don't eat them.
2. Before the garlic is too well-cooked, put the beef and stir-fry them until the beef is cooked and        changes color.
3. After the beef is cooked, then put the chopped broccoli and the red chili. Mix them up a while.
4. Add the seasonings, taste it.
5. Voila, it's done.

sometimes people keep thinking that cooking is hard. Well, it's actually pretty simple. With those simple steps, you will have a bowl of tasty Spicy Beef Broccoli.

So, let's eat them up and boost your immune system.

Will come back with another my Immune Booster Diet recipes.

Let stay healthy and booster, Mockingjays!
